  • not surprising. I received a letter from CitiBank today, raising my interest rate to 29.99% (or as they put it, prime +26.4%). This is the second time this year they raised my rate for no reason after 11 years and 1 late payment.

  • They have braille on drive-up ATMs, you would think that Amazon would at least have some braille-capabilities on the Kindle to allow access to menus, or possibly create one that has the text-to-speech turned on by default to assist... But I agree that a law suit is a little premature.
